1987年生，法學博士，暨南大學深圳旅游學院助理教授，兼職律師。兼任廣東省法學會法理學研究會理事、深圳灣區法治比較研究中心研究員、浙江大學中國地方治理與法治發展研究中心研究員。主要從事勞動法、民商法相關研究和實務工作。出版勞動法相關專著1部，發表學術論文10余篇，主持省部級以上法學研究課題3項。

Born in 1987, Doctor of Law, assistant professor of Shenzhen College of Tourism, Jinan University, part-time lawyer. He is also a director of Jurisprudence Research Institute of Guangdong Province Law Society, a researcher of Shenzhen Bay Area Legal Comparative Research Center, and a researcher of China Local Governance and Legal Development Research Center of Zhejiang University. Mainly engaged in labor law, civil and commercial law related research and practical work. He has published a monograph on labor law, more than 10 academic papers, and presided over 3 legal research projects at or above the provincial or ministerial level.
